This Daum Nancy and Majorelle table lamp features a stunningly gilt bronze foot coupled with three stylized glass shades, indeed an elegant example of the Art Nouveau style!
This is a rare and important table lamp by Louis Majorelle that would make a great addition to any Art Nouveau collector.
The bronze body rests on three feet, connecting into a vertical stem, additionally with raised foliage and floral decoration. To the top are three branches growing up, hence with three lights. Furthermore, each branch is holding a frosted glass lampshade. Violet and yellow-green glass powder sprinkle between the glass layers thus the pastel finish.
Each shade signed Daum Nancy and the Cross of Lorraine, with wheel-cut signature .
Condition: traces of use; although the electrical fittings work, yet it requires professional servicing;
